Comme indiqué dans le commentaire général sur ce voyage et rappelé dans la série "Cod Hole", j'ai eu pas mal de problèmes. Notamment,  mon sélecteur de vitesse ne fonctionnait plus sur mon caisson, donc impossible de changer de vitesse d'obturation sous l'eau. Pas vraiment idéal pour régler la densité du bleu, donc réglage choisi à bord avant de pouvoir mesurer la lumière, avec l'idée de mettre le soleil dans la photo. Du coup, on voit très bien sur les photos ci-dessous que quand on est près de la surface, le bleu est naturel ; en revanche, plus profond (certaines gorgones ont été prises vers 35-40m), le fond est sombre, voire pratiquement noir !

Par ailleurs un courant, certes pas très fort, mais bien réel le long des murs, rendait le cadrage un peu délicat ; difficile, en effet, de se stabiliser à la bonne distance ; malgré le flash utilisé en TTL, l'exposition du premier plan n'est pas toujours parfaite.

Bref, un peu galère, mais bon, il faut savoir s'adapter ...

As I already mentioned in the general presentation of this trip, I had a lot of problems : here, the main problem was that my shutter speed selector didn't work on my housing, so I couln't change the shutter speed under water. Not very easy to set the density of the background ; I had to choose the settings on board, without measuring the light. The shutter speed was set to put the sun in the frame, so when I am close to the surface, the blue background is rather natural, when I am at a deeper depth, it comes out a bit dark ... (some of the gorgonian fans were quite deep - 35-40m - and there, the background is very dark, almost black).

Moreover there was a not so strong, but nevertheless uncomfortable, current along the walls, so it wasn't easy to stay at the right distance. Even with the strobes used in TTL mode, the main subject is sometimes not perfectly lit.

So, quite tricky shots, but, well ... that's life !
